1. When will my order be shipped?

We offer both Ready to Ship and Made to Order pieces:

Ready to Ship items are processed within 1-3 business days.

Made to Order, because of our handmade process, pieces require 2 weeks for crafting before shipping, and in some cases, may take longer. We always strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. Made to Order includes any item not currently listed in our Ready to Ship collection.

2. Where do you get your butterfly specimens?

Our butterflies are ethically and sustainably sourced from butterfly sanctuaries worldwide. These sanctuaries help protect butterfly populations by providing safe habitats and supporting conservation efforts. No butterflies are harmed in the process—each specimen is collected only after its natural lifespan has ended.

3. Is there lead in your solder?

No, all of our jewelry is made with 100% lead-free solder, ensuring a safe and high-quality finish for every piece.

4. Who makes your pieces?

Every piece is handcrafted by Jewelia, the founder and artist behind Enchanted Wings. With meticulous attention to detail, she carefully selects each butterfly, hand-cuts the glass, and expertly solders every design, creating one-of-a-kind heirloom-quality jewelry.
