Membership Cancellations

Enchanted Wings memberships may be canceled at any time.

When you cancel your membership, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits through that date, after which your membership and associated benefits will end.

Membership payments are non-refundable. We do not provide full or partial refunds for unused time remaining in a monthly or annual membership period.

Canceling your membership prevents future renewal charges but does not refund charges that have already been processed.

WingGuard Protection

WingGuard Protection is a benefit of an active Enchanted Wings membership. Your WingGuard coverage will remain active through the end of your current paid membership period and will end when your membership expires.

To qualify for WingGuard coverage, the damage or covered incident must occur while your membership and WingGuard coverage are active.

Any eligible WingGuard claim submitted while your coverage is active may continue to be processed after your membership expires, provided the claim was submitted before the end of your paid membership period and otherwise meets the WingGuard Terms & Conditions.

Damage that occurs after your membership or WingGuard coverage has ended is not eligible for repair or replacement under WingGuard, even if the item was previously enrolled in the program.

Canceling and later restarting your membership does not provide retroactive coverage for damage that occurred while your membership was inactive.

Any other membership benefits, including member discounts, shipping benefits, early-access privileges, and other membership perks, will also end when your paid membership period expires.
