At Enchanted Wings, we believe that every piece of jewelry holds a story. The WingGuard Protection Plan is designed to ensure your treasured pieces remain as magical as the day you received them. Available exclusively to Chrysalis Members, WingGuard provides ongoing coverage for accidental damage and theft, so you can wear your jewelry with confidence.

What’s Covered?

✔ Accidental Damage – Cracks, breakage, or other unexpected damage that makes your piece unwearable.
✔ Theft Protection – If your jewelry is stolen, we’ll replace it with a piece of similar value and design.
✔ Multiple Claims – As long as your Chrysalis Membership is active, you can continue to file claims for covered pieces.

Membership-Based Coverage

WingGuard Protection is available only to active Chrysalis Members and applies to all eligible Enchanted Wings pieces. Your membership level determines how many pieces are covered:

• Standard Membership – Protect up to 3 pieces
• Silver Membership – Protect up to 6 pieces
• Gold Membership – Unlimited protection for all your Enchanted Wings jewelry

Extend Protection to Past Purchases

Already own Enchanted Wings jewelry? No worries! You can register previously purchased pieces within 30 days of joining or upgrading your Chrysalis Membership to ensure they’re covered under WingGuard. Simply fill out the WingGuard Previous Purchase Enrollment Form found below to get started.

How to File a Claim

1️⃣ Fill out the WingGuard Protection Claim Form found below.
2️⃣ Provide Proof – Submit photos of the damaged item or a police report in case of theft.
3️⃣ We Take Care of the Rest – If approved, we’ll repair or replace your jewelry so you can keep the enchantment in your life.
