At Enchanted Wings, we stand behind the quality of our products. While all sales are final, we are happy to assist with refunds or exchanges for items damaged in transit.


Refunds and Exchanges

To request a refund or exchange for a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Email us at jewelzbyjewelia@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to report the damage. Include photos of the damaged item and your order details.
  2. Return the Item: Once your request is approved, ship the damaged item back to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, including any taxes and shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you experience delays in receiving your refund, we recommend:

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items damaged in transit. If an exact replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed upon.


Return Shipping

To return a damaged item, please email us before shipping.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will reimburse you for the full purchase price, including taxes and any initial shipping costs.
  • Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. Enchanted Wings is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Enchanted Wings is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
